We cooperate closely with RWTH Aachen University and are proud to have two important chairs.

📚 Chair for Laser Technology (LLT): Here, we research the generation and application of radiation ranging from infrared to X-rays. Our key focus areas include quantum photonics, digital photonic production, and laser measurement technology. [Learn more]

📚 Chair for Technology of Optical Systems (TOS): This chair is dedicated to the development and optimization of optical systems. Research fields include optical systems, computational optics, and EUV technology. [Learn more]

Collaboration with these chairs is especially relevant for final theses, which are usually conducted in cooperation with LLT or TOS through RWTH Aachen.
